This shop is run under the name ohmshell. You can reach us at any time through the contact form.

Scope

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By ordering you accept them.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping is free. You pay on the secure checkout page of Stripe with a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact or another method shown there. Your order is final once the payment is confirmed. Stripe then emails you a receipt.

Delivery

We deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland and Monaco. Delivery takes 3 to 7 working days after payment. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, we tell you and you can cancel the order for a full refund.

Right of withdrawal

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. That is longer than the 14 days the law requires. How it works is explained on the Shipping & returns page.

Legal guarantee

Every product comes with the legal guarantee of 2 years from delivery for any lack of conformity. Tell us about a defect within 2 months of noticing it, through the contact form. We then repair or replace the product, or refund you if neither is possible.

Safe use

The case contains a lithium-ion battery. Do not expose it to temperatures above 60 °C, do not open, puncture or crush it, and keep it away from water. When flying, carry it in your hand luggage.

Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by use that goes against these instructions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.

Disputes

Belgian law applies. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country. If we cannot solve a complaint together, you can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumerombudsman.be).
