Who is responsible

ohmshell is responsible for the personal data processed through this website. For any question about your data, use the contact form.

What we collect

When you order, Stripe collects your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, the iPhone model and colour you chose, and your payment details. We never see your full card number. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, order reference and message.

Why

We use this data to process and deliver your order, to answer your questions and handle returns (performance of the contract), and to keep our accounts (legal obligation). We do not sell your data and we do not send newsletters without your consent.

Who else processes it

Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting of this website and the contact form) and the carrier that delivers your parcel. Stripe and Netlify may process data outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and storage

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser only remembers your language, colour and iPhone model on your own device, so the shop opens the way you left it. The Stripe checkout uses its own cookies for security and fraud prevention.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Contact form messages are deleted once your question is fully handled, and at the latest after 2 years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Send your request through the contact form. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be) or the authority of your own country.
