Shipping

Shipping is free. We deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland and Monaco. Your case arrives within 3 to 7 working days after payment, and we email you as soon as it ships.

30 days to return

You can withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

1. Send us a message through the contact form and choose “Return or withdrawal”. Mention the email address you used at checkout. You can also use the model form below.
2. We reply with the return address.
3. Send the case back within 14 days of your message, in its packaging and with its accessories.

Refund

We refund the full amount you paid, with the same payment method, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait until we have the product back or you show proof that you sent it. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the product is defective or not what you ordered. If the product was used more than needed to try it out, we may deduct the loss in value.

Defects

A defect within 2 years of delivery is covered by the legal guarantee. Tell us through the contact form and we repair or replace the case, or refund you.
